consulting projects
Working with his team at the firm, Partners In Leadership, Russ leads projects with organizations seeking shifts in their culture to accelerate achievement of desired results. These projects often involve the identification of a few Key Results the organization must deliver, assessment of current aspects of the culture that are slowing down achievement of those results, getting alignment around a few critical shifts in the culture that must be made to achieve those results, and the introduction of culture management tools to be utilized by senior leaders down to frontline employees to begin movement of the culture.
