The workplace is changing. Younger generations have high expectations of the place they work and the type of person they want to work for.
Jonathan Raymond saw the trend coming. He’s this week’s guest on the Decide to Lead podcast with Russ Hill. Russ said he wanted Jonathan on the show because of the trends Russ is seeing as he travels the world consulting companies in different industries.
Russ said employees are expecting leaders who listen, who are open to new ideas, who don’t claim to have all the answers. Jonathan wrote a book that helps leaders do just that.
